It is advisable and good practice that employees who work alone are medically assessed for fitness to handle, or work within close proximity of food products. The purpose of a Food handler assessment is to ensure the employee does not have any medical condition which could expose them to a higher degree of risk while working alone i.e. carrying a disease likely to be transmitted through food, presence of infected wounds or sores, or the presence of diarrhoea.

Measuring the Height of an employee
Weight measurement along with the height help determine the employees BMI which adds to a persons capability of doing certain tasks
Checking any physical abnormalities that might be present which may compromise ones ability to execute certain tasks
Psychology Questionnaire are survey questions asked to collect information about the individual to evaluate the mental state of the respondent .
On a Snellen chart we determine the line that the person can just recognize. If that line is twice as large as the reference standard (20/20), that means that the test subject sees at 20 feet what a person with normal vision sees at 40 feet. Another way of saying this is that a person with 20/40 vision has vision that is only half as good as normal – or, objects must be at half the normal distance for him to see them
