PEST CONTROL
The objective of the Medical Monitoring Program for Pesticide Users is to provide a system of insuring the health, safety and wellness of employees who come in contact with pesticides, either by mixing, loading, applying, or otherwise handling pesticides, except in original, unopened containers, as a part of their job description. Any prospective employee who is predisposed to abnormal cholinesterase activity, or who is unable to demonstrate acceptable liver function or immune response through medical diagnostic procedures shall be excluded from such pesticide-related duties..

The intention of a PCO is to ensure the employee is adequate to handle the potential health risks that pesticide use presents.
Includes questions regarding any Health conditions currently present or any past medical conditions to evaluate the the risks that might be associated with the employee and the work that will be done
A series of questions that relates to the employees Family and their Health, thus indicating if the employee might be at risk to certain deceases that runs in the family
Measuring the Height of an employee
Weight measurement along with the height help determine the employees BMI which adds to a persons capability of doing certain tasks
Checking any physical abnormalities that might be present which may compromise ones ability to execute certain tasks
Psychology Questionnaire are survey questions asked to collect information about the individual to evaluate the mental state of the respondent .
On a Snellen chart we determine the line that the person can just recognize. If that line is twice as large as the reference standard (20/20), that means that the test subject sees at 20 feet what a person with normal vision sees at 40 feet. Another way of saying this is that a person with 20/40 vision has vision that is only half as good as normal – or, objects must be at half the normal distance for him to see them
